The SEO Safety Committee is a cross-functional group from both NYC & SF offices that research, brainstorm, and develop Safety Protocols and Emergency Preparedness Plans for the Executive Committee's approval.  The SEO Safety Committee also oversees workplace safety and incident reports (accidents, injuries, medical situations, mental health emergencies, crime, misconduct, and off-site participant incidents).
