This checklist provides SEO staff with helpful tips and resources with large scale events hosted offsite.
Shipping Materials from the SEO office:
Please email REAsupport@seo-usa.org when expecting large deliveries or if your team needs support around shipping or receiving. For example, we can help find temporary storage for event materials.
It’s best to have a member of your team at the office on the day of large deliveries to ensure materials arrive as expected – and are directed to the correct location.
General shipping / transportation notes:
- Please pack heavy items into smaller boxes to ensure they can be safely lifted.
- Label heavy boxes or materials as such to give a heads up that extra care is needed.

- Please review the guide for using SEO’s Lyft for Business account.
Returning materials after events:
- Ensure a team member is on site to receive materials.
- Please make a plan to review returned materials and place anything you plan to keep within your team’s department storage areas within 2 weeks of the event.
Lyft:
- Review team rosters on Lyft for Business to ensure team members who may need rides in the coming weeks have access. Your Lyft Dept Rep can add and remove users.
