Hispanic Federation

Located at 55 Exchange Place, 5th floor, the Hispanic Federation Conference room is available for external events.   This space could work for some of SEO's participant events such as:

• Trainings for 20-40 people (classroom set up)
• Panel events for up to 80 (theater set up)
• Networking/ reception events up to 120  (they have a few high top tables for this type of event)

As a member, SEO discount pricing is as follows:

• Full day is $700
• Half day is $500

TIDES Basement Space

Located on the B level of 55 Exchange place, there are up to seven classrooms available in this space.  As a TIDES tenant, SEO receives a credit of four hours of use per month.   For example, using one room for 4 hours, 4 rooms for one hour, etc.

Notes: 

• There are tables and chairs available for some of the rooms but not all at the same time.  
• Wi-Fi is available
• There is currently one technology cart with TV monitor available.  

Pricing:  $25/ hour per room (after the first four hours of use that month)
