How to Request a Business Card
SEO full-time staff members can request for digital and/or printed business cards using this Business Card Request Form link.
The following are required fields on the form:
1. All your details as listed on the template. Note that the image placeholder on the template is for the QR code that RE&A will create for you.
2. If you are requesting for printed cards, please let us know the quantity needed and the date you will need them by. Please note that the vendor, Canva, can take 2-3 weeks.
3. Please provide department and expense code to use for payment as well as the name of your department's budget approver.
Once you submit the Business Card Request, we will create the business card for your review and approval before ordering through Canva if you are requesting for Print Cards.
