SEO pantries are located in Suite 403 and Suite 600. 

GENERAL PANTRY ETIQUETTES

• Everyone using the pantry is expected clean up after themselves.  Please make sure that all food is covered when heating in the microwave.  Please wipe down surfaces after each use (wipe up spills, empty toaster oven crumbs, etc.).  
• If you use a dish or flatware, you are responsible for putting it in the dishwasher.
• Please do not leave dishes in the sink. 
• No overnight storage of staff food.
• Please label and date your items!
• Pantries are cleaned on Monday mornings.  If the pantry you visit is being cleaned, please visit a pantry on one of the other floors.
• For sanitary reasons, communal sponges are not available. Please use paper towels. 

4 FLOOR PANTRY

The pantry in Suite 403 has limited offerings and does not have a sink.  Please visit either of the two TIDES pantries on the 4th floor to find sinks, dishes, coffee and other amenities.

• Water, tea, Keurig
• Disposable flatware, cups, bowls, and plates

6 FLOOR PANTRY AND CAFE

WHAT'S AVAILABLE

• Pantry amenities:  Microwaves, toaster oven, a communal refrigerator and a refrigerator designated specifically for staff personal food, sinks, dishwashers
• Water, Tea, Espresso Coffee machine, and Ice machine (please use the ice scoop provided and note that glass & ceramic can chip!)
• Reusable dishware and flatware, as well as disposable flatware, cups, bowls, and plates 
• Cleaning and paper products  
• Breakout space next to pantry with multiple seating zones and equipped with TV and ceiling speakers.  This is a non-exclusive space to be used by all teams during the day.  It may be used for special events after 5pm.  Please email REAsupport@seo-usa.org if interested.

WHAT'S NOT AVAILABLE:  

• Overnight staff food fridge storage  
• Decaf coffee (please visit pantry in Suite 403 for Keurig decaf options)

CLEANING

• SEO CLEANING SERVICES ARE ON A WEEKLY BASIS SO PLEASE DO YOUR PART IN KEEPING OUR PANTRIES SANITARY AND PEST-FREE. 
• NOTIFY REAsupport@seo-usa.org OF ANY SPILLS OR MISSING ITEMS.
• The staff fridge will be cleaned out on Mondays.  Items and containers left in refrigerators longer than a couple days may be thrown out, including the storage container.  

DISHWASHER VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

To minimize our carbon footprint, we added plates, mugs, and utensils to the 6th Floor pantry.  Please sign up to be a Dishwasher Volunteer.  The RE&A team will cover Mondays and Fridays.  We just need coverage Tuesdays - Thursdays.  Those who volunteer for the morning will empty the dishwashers and PM volunteers will run the dishwashers.  Open Dishwasher Protocol for complete volunteer SOP.

You will receive an automated reminder 2 days prior to your volunteer date.
